I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a nice ocean view from the rooms. The rooms were satisfactory, and the location was excellent with private shuttle services available. The dining experience was not the best, but the service was top-notch.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The tatami floors in the rooms at the Royal Wing were a unique touch, and the direct view of the sea was stunning. The service was top-notch with incredibly courteous and helpful staff. The location right by the ocean front with private buses to a beautiful private garden was a huge plus. The dining experience, particularly the variety of choices, was excellent, making my stay truly memorable.
